District Family Planning Office, Maternal and Child Welfare Center in Chuadanga District, Upazila Family Planning Office, Union Health and Family Welfare Center, Community Clinic and Satellite Clinic through Family Planning, Maternal and Child Health, Reproductive Health and Adolescent Services Continuing to operate successfully. Ongoing critical activities: In order to ensure safe motherhood, normal delivery service is being provided 24 hours / 7 days in 14 Union Health and Family Welfare Centers under this district. As a result, the rate of institutional delivery services is increasing in this district. Reducing maternal mortality, stillbirth, and neonatal mortality is one of the major achievements of this department. To this end, the department is working tirelessly to maintain a list of every pregnant mother with her mobile number, to deliver services to the pregnant mother in a timely manner and to assess the risk and take necessary action. This section encourages people to take part in programs on child marriage prevention, reproductive health, maternal and child health, family planning services with the participation of eminent persons of the society, imams / khatibs, marriage registers, newly married couples, school and maradasa teachers and students. It is working to increase awareness in the society. The health care of the people is being ensured by the Family Welfare Assistants working at the field level under this office by providing services at home (03) three days a week and at 03 (three) community clinics.
